A MadHatter's Tea Party

This past weekend I tried out a new market.Although the market was much bigger than the Hazelwood Market, I barely sold anything. But on the bright side, I gave out so many business cards that I ran out before the end of the day. So if even one person calls me back for an order, it was definitely worth it. 

The theme for this week was a MadHatter Tea Party and I made little hats (with the help of a dear friend) and used darker colours for the arrangements. Black and white ribbon and paper complimented the theme and all the kids loved the sweets that was placed in between the flowers.

If I look on the bright side of things, we had a beautiful table set for Saturday evening's bachelorette at my house and all of the flowers complimented the French theme. So it was not a total loss!!


I am going to stick to the Hazelwood Food Market for the next while, as I have built up a relationship with some of the people who visit the market regularly.

You will have to wait and see what the theme will be for this week. On the job hunting side, no luck yet but maybe April will be my lucky month so hold thumbs!!!
